By accessing and using the BLANC TRAVELS website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
BLANC TRAVELS is a private travel concierge platform offering curated travel planning, booking coordination, and lifestyle management services for discerning travelers. We act as an intermediary between our clients and various travel suppliers, including hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and experience providers. We do not own or operate these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions or omissions.
Access to certain services and benefits may require a BLANC Reserve membership. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of BLANC TRAVELS and may be revoked or suspended at any time for violation of these Terms. Membership fees, where applicable, are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant travel supplier. We will confirm all bookings in writing. Deposits and payments are due as specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
Cancellation policies vary by supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellations are subject to the supplier's own cancellation terms. BLANC TRAVELS will make every reasonable effort to secure favorable cancellation terms on your behalf but cannot guarantee outcomes outside of the supplier's published policies.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for their itinerary. BLANC TRAVELS strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance. We are not liable for any losses arising from invalid documentation, denied boarding, or lack of insurance coverage.
BLANC TRAVELS, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from any travel booked through us. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of BLANC TRAVELS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information necessary to provide our services and to comply with legal obligations. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing.
BLANC TRAVELS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
